These hexagon, surface drive sockets ensure that maximum force is transmitted to the nut, reducing the chance of slippage.
These types of sockets are designed to work with multiple spindle power tools. They locate on to the fastener quicker than a traditional six point hexagon socket, the broach is rounded in the corners which compensates for any misalignment between the socket and the fastener.
